Our brightly coloured soft play floor mats are manufactured using one solid sheet of machine cut high density foam, they measure 4ft x 4ft and are 1.5 inch thick. 
 
Each mat is made to the highest standards using quality 610gsm gloss PVC, in a variety of vibrant colours. These square mats have internally stitched seams and link together using a hook and loop strip, making them a fantastic product for providing a safe and fun environment for babies and toddlers. All mats are non-toxic and fire retardant, 
 
Every step of the manufacturing process is carried out by our highly experienced team, at our Somerset factory.
