Our pastel coloured crash mats are manufactured using one solid sheet of machine cut high density foam, they measure 3ft x 5ft and are 1.5 inch thick. 
 
Each mat is made to the highest standards using quality 610gsm gloss PVC, in a variety of pastel colours. All seams are professionally welded, this ensures a stronger more durable product that is completely waterproof, eradicating any chance of the foam becoming wet during outdoor use. Mats are all non-toxic and fire retardant. 
 
Every step of the manufacturing process is carried out by our highly experienced team, at our Somerset factory.
